Transmutation of Legacy celebrates the power of renewal. It is a creative bridge connecting the craftsmanship of the past with the energy of the present, showcasing how heritage can be reimagined for a new generation.
The exhibition brings the spirit of Studio 46 Barcelona to the heart of Paris's 1st arrondissement. Founded in the former home and workshop of Joan Barbarà-the master printer behind the works of Chagall and Miró-the gallery rejects nostalgia in favor of evolution. Here, tradition serves as a launchpad for contemporary artists to push the boundaries of expression. To mark the opening, artist Juliana Plexxo will perform a live painting, offering a real-time window into her creative process.
